How it works

How to get ibogaine treatment, step by step

Step 1

Tell us your situation

Fill in the free intake. Share what you’re comfortable with: what you hope ibogaine can help with, what you’re using or taking, and your health history.

Step 2

Talk with a support guide

We reach out by your preferred method, ask about your goals, timeline, budget and travel, and answer honestly, including whether ibogaine is right for you at all.

Step 3

Get medically ready

Responsible providers require an EKG, bloodwork including liver function, and a full medication review. We explain what each test is for.

Step 4

Choose from matched options

We share a small number of options that suit you, what sets each apart, and what to ask before you book. The decision stays yours.

Step 5

Prepare, go, come home

We help you plan travel, follow your provider’s preparation instructions, and arrange who will be with you when you return.

Step 6

Build your aftercare

We connect you with integration coaches, therapists, peer groups and family support to help the change last.

Safety first

Ibogaine safety: why medical screening comes first

Ibogaine affects heart rhythm. It can prolong the QT interval and has been linked to serious cardiac events and deaths, most often where people were not properly screened or monitored.

Risk rises with existing heart conditions, low electrolytes, liver problems, and certain medications and substances. People coming off opioids need a provider who manages that transition carefully.

Never take ibogaine on your own or from an unverified source.
